I cannot describe how happy I am that the Ikea units are now moving into the room!  You would not believe how many times I measured the left hand side wall to check that the Kallax configuration we had come up with would actually fit, and I was really worried about it somehow not fitting in the space.  But now I can breathe easy, the units fit in beautifully, and everything is really starting to come together. This might seem like a boring post, but it's still exciting to me!  The original skirting boards have been refitted!  They still need repainted of course, but it's great to see another original feature going back into my happy place. I've also got a cute wee radiator that's been fitted, that will sit underneath my desk and keep me cosy while I work away during the winter months.
