I'm so lucky to have a fabulous group of friends in my Stampin' Up! team, known as the Stamping Starlets, and we love gathering together to craft and chat. These team gatherings usually happen at my house, plus some online events to make sure all my non-local Starlets are included. Obviously with all the renovation work going on, my house is more chaotic than usual, so my lovely Mum offered her beautiful home as an alternative venue. The floor is fully down! It still needs sanding and varnishing to finish it but you can clearly see the original half and the new boards. You might also spot the floor port, where we've got plugs in the centre of the room. It should make it much easier for things like heat embossing. I love seeing it come together like this. Each day getting a little closer to completion!
The guys have been working hard, and the floor is starting to come together. It's a slow job, but they're doing great work. I'm just impatient and want it to be done so we can move onto the next stages!!
