Getting a head start on Christmas

I'm setting myself a challenge to make as many different Christmas cards as I can between now and the 25th December, and will post them here with you.  This should be a fun challenge, and I'll hope you'll be inspired to create some of these cards yourself.  Some of the cards will also feature in my Class by Post and Christmas made Easy, because why make things hard!  Christmas crafting should be fun, after all. The first card is one that was included with my Class by Post box in July.  It uses the World of Good stamp set [...]

Autumn-Winter catalogue coming soon

It may seem too early to be thinking about Christmas, but believe me it's never too early to get started on your festive card-making!  The new Autumn/Winter Catalogue has been released to demonstrators this month, as one of our many perks is advance copies and opportunities to get our hands on the newest items first.  I've ordered plenty of catalogues to send out to you, my lovely followers, but if you can't wait, why not consider becoming a demonstrator?  The Starter Kit costs £99 and you get to choose what products to start with, to a value of £130.  [...]

I started with a thick Whisper White card base, then a Night of Navy cardstock layer and then [...]

Case challenge 17 – using up scraps

Week 17 on the CASE challenge is this lovely card by Carolyn King, more info here. This is the sort of card that can be made all year round, but I'm still in a Christmassy mood, so I decided to use up some scraps of Joyous Noel Designer Series Paper (or DSP) from the Autumn/Winter catalogue.  [EDIT: since making the card for this challenge, sadly this DSP is now sold out.  If you're still thinking of placing an order from the Autumn/Winter book, don't wait any longer as items are "while stocks last" and some items are now gone [...]
