Bonjour Blueberry Bushel

We've reached the last of the five new In Colours for 2018-20, and it's the bouncing Blueberry Bushel.  This bright blue will soon become your fast favourite for boys birthday cards, or for any sky and sea scenes you do.  In fact it's a brilliant primary colour blue that will go with so many colour combinations.  It's darker than Pacific Point but lighter than Night of Navy, but works perfectly with both shades. The last of our In Colour accessories is one you've seen in every photo already - the ribbon!  Did you think I had forgotten about it? We've [...]

Exploring Call me Clover

We're nearly at the end of our In Colour tour, but today's colour will certainly knock your socks off!  Call me Clover is a really versatile green.  Whether you use it for leaves and florals, or for Christmas, or even sea scenes, this green will fit any scenario perfectly.  It just looks fresh and new, and will bring a zing to your cards and 3D projects. As before you can see the card with the ink, cardstock and [...]

Saying hello to Grapefruit Grove

Next on our list of In Colours is the gorgeous Grapefruit Grove.  This juicy orange shade is paler than the popular Pumpkin Pie, making it perfect for a wide range of projects.  I can picture this on a new baby card where the gender is as yet unknown, or on a range of birthday or get well cards.  I can also envisage it paired with soft greens for lovely floral cards, suitable for a wide selection of occasions. As I mentioned in the last post, each In Colour card uses coordinating ink, cardstock, and designer series paper, but there [...]
