Today we have the third of our new In Colours, the dazzling Pineapple Punch. This yellow is so bright you may need sunglasses just to handle it! It’s such a sunshiny luscious yellow that I’m sure it will go well on so many different cards and in many colour combinations. Right now it’s my go-to yellow for accents like stars, candle flames, sun beams, and much more. Paired with gold gives a truly opulent look, but it works well with blacks and greys for a masculine card.
As before you can see the card with the ink, cardstock and DSP in the In Colour, and today’s accessory is the heat embossing powder pack. If you’ve never tried heat embossing, I can highly recommend it as a way to give a “wow!” to your cards. Stamp your image in versamark ink then shake a generous amount of powder over, before tipping the excess back into the tub. These little tubs go a long long way, as you only use a tiny amount each time. The pack of In Colour powders gives you all 5 colours, and the Pineapple Punch is perfect to make your stars and other elements really stand out. It’s great when you want a colour rather than metallics like gold or silver.
