dsp panel

The August Class by Post kicks off with a really simple but effective card. This design works well with any DSP you have, and just change the sentiment to suit the occasion.

I started with a Crumb Cake layer.  Then I cut out three panels from the World of Good Specialty Designer Series Paper.  You could just cut these with a trimmer, but I used the Rectangular Postage Stamp punch for some extra interest.  I glued these to the Crumb Cake layer using my trusty Tombow glue, and wrapped some Faux Suede Trim around the whole thing.  I also added an Antique Slide for a bit of bling.  I chose a sentiment from the Beautiful World stamp set, and used Early Espresso ink onto Whisper White cardstock, then cut round it with scissors and used foam dimensionals to stick it to the front of the layer.  Finally I glued the whole layer onto a matching Crumb Cake cardbase.
