This is the last card in the Balloon series, and it’s using the Spotlight technique. I stamped the balloon from the hooray to You stamp set using Black Memento ink onto a Whisper White layer. Then I stamped it again onto scraps of Whisper White using other colours (Magenta Madness, Mango Melody, Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay.) Then I cut out circles of the coloured stamped images using the Layering Circle dies, and layered them on circles of matching cardstock. Finally I matched the coloured circles to the Black stamped image, and glued them in place. It makes it look like coloured spotlights have illuminated the image, lighting it up with colour.
To finish off, I mounted my stamped layer on a Magenta Madness card base and added Artistry Blooms Sequins for some extra sparkle.
