Houses Christmas

My team have recently taken part in a card swap, and this was my contribution.  I think this cute Christmas card is perfect for neighbours.  I started with the Whisper White notelets (always a time-saver) and cut a layer of Whisper White to go on top.  I wrapped some Silver Metallic Mesh ribbon around the base before sticking it to the notelet.  The sweet little houses were cut using the Home Together dies that coordinate with the Coming Home stamp set.

Did you know that every purchase of this stamp set gives money to charity?  Stampin’ Up! will donate £2.50 from the sale of this stamp set (whether bought on its on or in a discount bundle with the dies) to charities devoted to adoption, foster care, and infertility.  All money raised in the UK/Europe will go to a relevant charity in the UK/Europe.  This is a cause that is very close to my heart, so I am honoured to be able to promote this.

I used the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper to cut out the houses, and backed them with Red, Green and Gold foil sheets.  These were stuck onto the card with foam dimensionals.  Then I stamped the sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas underneath using Shaded Spruce ink.  Finally I used some Rhinestone jewels to finish the whole thing off.
