We really do get spoiled with the most fabulous swag at these events! There’s almost always a bag of some sort, and this year it was a black holdall made of a stiff kind of plastic, with two different options for handles. (Some of the more fashion-aware demos got very excited, as apparently it’s modelled on a bag that’s very trendy right now. Who knew?!)
Then there’s always a notebook of some sort and a pen, so we can take notes during the sessions. This year it was an A4 sized notebook with a hard folder-like cover, with a clipboard attachment on the outside. Very handy. The pen always writes beautifully too.
Next we had pin badges, with 4 different options in the bags. I think some people swap them with others, but I was happy with my star! (I couldn’t figure out what the other blob-type shape was, until someone told me I had it upside down. In the photo below you’ll see clearly that it’s a tea cup!) The square “OnStage” pin has two small holes that the smaller badges can attach to, very clever!
One of the most useful items is the name badge, to help people like me with dreadful memories! We also get ribbons to stick on the name badge to show our title, and if we’ve qualified for any of the annual achievements. I was really proud of my ribbons for sales, team building and leadership.
There was an extra little gift for those who qualified for OnStage+ (by holding a title of Silver Elite or higher). It was a cute Stampin’ Up! wristlet with two coin purses. Again, those more in touch with current trends than me explained happily that these wristlets are very fashionable right now, so I can unknowingly be “cool” for once :)
I’ve included photos below of two of the Prize Patrol stamp sets. There was a third which I was daft enough to not photograph, oops! Everyone also got a pack of the Memories & More cards which were used for the Make & Take sessions on days 2 and 3. They are perfect for both card making and memory-keeping.
I was also excited to win a Stampin’ Up! t-shirt! Special music would play and they would fire t-shirts from a cannon on the stage, and the crowd would go wild! Isn’t it a fab design tho? My favourite colours too.
