Ikea delivery!

I've been so excited for this day!  All of the Ikea furniture for my craft room has arrived.  It came in two deliveries, one smaller box from DPD with small items, and then a much larger truck with BIG boxes.  The lovely delivery guys took them all the way into the kitchen for us.  Why the kitchen, you ask?  Well it's about the only room left in the house with any space.  The plan was to build the furniture in the kitchen, then once the floor is finished in the craft room, all the furniture can be moved in. Cosy toasty in the walls too!

The back wall where the fireplace is now being lined and insulated.  Honestly, this room is going to be so heat-efficient by the time we've finished with it!  There's special fireproof plasterboard going in next to the fire, so we can get a fire fitted there at some point in the future if we choose.  I really don't want to do work now and have to re-do it all over again in a few years time.
